Who writes
Posts on the Fuseflow AI blog are written by Fuseflow's founders, under their own names.
How we use AI
We use AI tools to help research and draft. Before a post is drafted, its author answers the questions it's built on, so the substance comes from people. Every claim is checked against its source before the post goes up, and a founder approves every post before it's published.
Sources
Every number or fact from somewhere else links to its source, with the date we read it. We prefer primary sources: government data, the original study, or a company's own page.
Other companies
When we write about another company's product, we check the facts on that company's own site and show the date we checked.
Our own product
When a post mentions Fuseflow, it says only what the product does today. Examples are labelled as examples, and sample calls are never presented as real customers.
Updates and corrections
Each post shows when it was last reviewed. We update a post when something has changed, never just to change its date.
If you spot a mistake, write to contact@fuseflow-ai.com. We'll fix it and note the correction on the post.
Independence
No one pays to be mentioned. We don't accept paid links or sponsored posts.
