The calculator

About—Fill in all three to see the estimate.

First jobs only: repeat visits, maintenance plans and referrals would add to it. An estimate from your numbers, not a promise.

How the math works. Three numbers, multiplied. Nothing else goes in.

Missed calls a month. Your weekly number, times 52 weeks, divided by 12 months.
Jobs you'd book. Those calls, times the share of callers who usually book with you.
What they're worth. Those jobs, times your average first job. A year is the month times 12.

Questions owners ask. About the numbers.

How do I find how many calls I miss?

Your phone system's call log, or your carrier's account, usually lists missed or unanswered calls. Count a normal week, evenings and weekends included.

What booking rate should I use?

Your own: of the callers you do answer, how many book a job? If you don't track it, start low.

Why only the first job?

To keep the estimate conservative. A customer who books once can come back for maintenance and send you their neighbors, and none of that is counted here.

Is this a missed call text back ROI calculator?

It gives you the return side: what the calls you can’t get to are worth each month. Weigh any answering or missed call text back tool against that number, ours included.

Does Fuseflow see my numbers?

No. The math runs in your browser, and nothing you type is sent to us. If you share the page’s address, your numbers travel in it.
