About these terms #

These terms cover your use of fuseflow-ai.com. By using the site, you agree to them.

If your shop signs up for Fuseflow, the agreement you sign covers the service itself, including the refundable deposit and the 7 days you get from go-live to decide.

Using this site #

Use the site for lawful purposes. Don't try to break it, overload it, get into parts of it that aren't public, or use its forms to send spam or anything harmful.

The examples on this site #

The calls, messages, names and times shown on this site, and the shop Flowell Heating & Air, are made up to show how Fuseflow works. They are labelled as examples and aren't real customers. Sample calls are labelled as samples.

Our content and names #

The text, pictures, mascots and design of this site belong to Fuseflow AI. Please don't copy them without asking.

Jobber and Housecall Pro are trademarks of their owners. Naming them here doesn't mean they endorse Fuseflow.

Text messages #

When an HVAC shop uses Fuseflow to text you, the messages come from that shop, about your call, your request or your job.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or write to contact@fuseflow-ai.com.
• Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Our privacy policy explains how phone numbers and messages are handled.

No warranty #

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will always be either.

Liability #

As far as the law allows, Fuseflow AI isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this site.

Changes #

If we change these terms, we'll update them here and change the date at the top.
